1: Run Your Car on Water: Can it Really be Done?
Over and over I hear people say, "Is it really possible to run your car on water?" I typically have to explain, "Hmm, not exactly." The vehicle will still use gasoline as it's major source of combustion. The goal, and what is going to be accomplished with the water conversion system, is to build a very inexpensive hydrogen powered automobile. This is created by harnessing the power of the sub-atomic pieces of the water molecules oxygen and hydrogen.

6: Water 4 Gas - Hydrogen Conversion Made Really Simple For Cars
When I first came across a way to turn my old car into a hydrogen car, I didn't believe it. But considering how high gas prices were at the time, and how little effort it took to convert my car into a hybrid hydrogen/gas automobile, I decided it was worth the risk, if for no other reason than the system is easily reversible. I did my research first and most of what I found seemed plausible, but of course it was very difficult to convince me that someone was going to be able to power their car with water, so my hopes were certainly not high when I bought my first system.
7: Run Your Car With Water and Save Hundreds on Fuel Each Month
As high gas prices continue to skyrocket out of control, help still does not seem to be on the horizon. No one appears to be holding these oil companies accountable, and despite the immense public outcry, it does not appear that anyone is coming to save us from these astronomical gas costs. When it costs 2 to 3 thousands of dollars extra per year just to get to work and school, you know you are paying far too much.

What is Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)?
Seasonal affective disorder (SAD), also known as winter depression or winter blues, is a subtype of mood disorder consisting of recurrent major depressive episodes of varying severity, which occur with a seasonal pattern. SAD is generally characterised by four central features:

The SAD season is upon us again - depression (sometimes to the point of mania), lethargy, fatigue, cravings for sweets and carbohydrate in general, headaches, sleep problems and irritability – sounds familiar doesn’t it? As daylight hours gradually decrease, these symptoms become apparent and getting up in the morning becomes increasingly difficult. Light therapy has for many years been used to help alleviate SAD symptoms and many SAD sufferers find that daily use of a good quality light box is enough to relieve them of such symptoms.
10: Vitamin D and Sunlight: A match made in heaven!
Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin produced by the human skin in response to exposure to ultraviolet radiation from natural sunlight and can be found in food. It exists in several forms and each form has a different level of activity. The most active form of vitamin D is Calciferol. It exists in several other forms with each having a different biological activity. Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) is the form often added to milk and other foods, and most often used in nutrition supplement. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is made by the body and is found in some foods. Active vitamin D functions as a hormone as it sends a message to the intestines to increase the absorption of calcium and phosphorus; as such vitamin D is critically important for the development, growth, and maintenance of a healthy body, from birth until death, in humans. The major biologic function of vitamin D is to maintain normal blood levels of calcium and phosphorus. It helps to form and maintain strong bones by promoting calcium absorption. It also works alongside a number of other vitamins, minerals, and hormones to promote bone mineralisation. Without vitamin D, bones can become thin, brittle, or misshapen. Vitamin D sufficiency prevents rickets in children and osteomalacia in adults, two forms of skeletal diseases that weaken bones.
